Employers pay a flat $79 per month, billed monthly. That includes unlimited active job listings, AI-assisted candidate matching, and access to opted-in candidate profiles. No per-click bidding, no premium upsells, no pay-to-rank. New employers who sign up during our launch window get the first three months free — the trial converts to the standard rate unless cancelled before it ends.
When you upload a resume, our matching system parses it into roles, skills, years of experience, and education. Each listing has experience and skill requirements set by the employer, and we use the parsed data to compute your match score and gate listings you do not yet qualify for. The goal is to keep both sides — seekers and employers — out of the noise.
Yes. Seeker accounts are free, forever. You can upload a resume, save jobs, apply to listings, and use the matching system at no cost. We do not run ads on seeker pages, and we never sell profile data. Employers fund the service through the flat subscription.
We are headquartered in Bend, Oregon, and focused entirely on Oregon and Washington. The team lives in the region, the listings come from the region, and the editorial we publish is written from inside the region. We are not a national job board with a PNW filter — we are the other way around.
