01 · INTRODUCTION
A Regional Job Board.
Cascadia Career ("Cascadia Career," "we," "us") is a job board that connects job seekers and
employers located in Oregon and Washington. These Terms govern your access to and use of the
site at cascadiacareer.com, the underlying matching service, and any related products. By
creating an account, posting a job, or browsing listings, you agree to these Terms. If you do
not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using Cascadia Career on
behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
02 · SEEKER ACCOUNTS
Free for Job Seekers.
Seeker accounts are free. You can upload a resume, have it parsed by our matching system, save
listings, and apply to roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your
profile and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from the
profile page, and we will purge associated personal data within thirty days.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, submit fraudulent applications, or use the service
to harass employers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these standards.
03 · EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Flat $79 a Month.
Employer subscriptions are a flat $79 per month, billed in advance, with no per-click or
per-post bidding. A subscription includes unlimited active job listings within Oregon and
Washington, AI-assisted candidate matching, and access to seeker profiles who opt in to be
contacted.
LAUNCH OFFER
New employers who sign up during our launch window receive the first three months at no
cost. The trial converts automatically to the standard $79 monthly rate unless you cancel
before the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time from your employer dashboard.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis if we
materially fail to deliver the service. Listings must reflect real, presently open roles based
in Oregon or Washington, including hybrid and remote roles for which a PNW residency is a
genuine condition of employment.
04 · CONTENT STANDARDS
Honest Listings, Honest Profiles.
Anything you post — a job listing, a resume, a profile bio — must be accurate, lawful, and
your own work, or content you have the right to share. You may not post discriminatory
language, illegal positions, multi-level-marketing schemes, or roles that require a financial
contribution from the applicant. We reserve the right to edit obvious typos and remove
listings that violate these standards.
05 · DISCLAIMERS
A Best-Effort Service.
Cascadia Career is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that
a listing will result in a hire, that a profile will result in interviews, or that the service
will be uninterrupted. We screen listings as best we can but do not endorse any specific
employer or candidate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim
arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before
the claim.
06 · GOVERNING LAW
Oregon Law Governs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of
laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state
or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to personal
jurisdiction in those courts.
